Receipt and delivery of goods

The ordered goods will be delivered by GLS courier ( 30,- Euro)

Returns

The client is entitled to return the purchased product without giving any cause ( reason) within 10 days after receipt of shipment. The purchased products should be returned within 14 days at the latest, after sending the return declaration .  The product should be clean, packed carefully and sent back at the below address, at the expense of a sender:

ATTN: We do not accept the C.O.D. shipments.

Money will be returned on the given account number within 3 working days after receipt of the returned product.

Delivery costs will be covered by a sender

We will be happy to exchange the purchased product into  different size or colour after e-mail accord.
