Warranty conditions

The merchandiser takes responsibility for purchased products for 2 years, according to  the chapter 10  of specific conditions for consumer sales act / 27 July 2002. The customer is obliged to inform the merchandiser about defect or damage in  the product within two months after purchase, otherwise the customer loses entitlements defined in a/m law.

All products available in our shop are coverd by at least one year warranty.

Complaint

If you discover any defect, please the return the product together with the proof of purchase . Please also enclose your telephone number if it is necessary to settle the warranty claim conditions. The returned product should be clean, well packed and mailed to the address below:

The warranty will not apply if the damage has been caused by accident, misuse or abuse, by natural phenomenon or normal wear.

The customer is entitled to require the warranty repair or replacement of the product according to the contract if the product can be repaired or replaced  or if repair or replacement does  not genearte extra costs. If the merchandiser cannot fulfil the requirements , the customer is entitled to a discount or can withdraw from the contract.

The merchandiser will reply to customer's claims within 14 days after product receipt. If the case requires additional outsource expertises this period may be prolonged in agreement with the customer. No replay within 14 days means that the claim has been acknoledged.

Since the  The warranty will not apply if the damage has been caused by accident, misuse or abuse, by natural phenomenon or normal wear, the customer is obliged to check the package carefully before receipt. Particularly, the customer should pay attention to sticky tapes and seals on the package. In case of any damage has occured the customer should refuse the package receipt and contact the merchandiser immediately. The package - check before receipt is the necessary condition for claim ackoneldge  if the shippment is has been damaged or incompleted.

All disputes will be adjusticated by the competent local court of Merchandiser
