Our comforters are filled with a prime white, Polish goose down having a minimum of 650 cui fill power.

Comforters are a natural extension to our outdoor range.
We use the same full baffled box construction as in our sleeping bags, eliminating stitching through totally. In our opinion, anything less than this is inadequate to our high quality products.
In the open design, such as the European Karo-Step, the filling can move around within the comforter fabric shells. Advertisements for the open style type of comforter, claim you may redistribute the filling to suit your needs; but it would be more accurate to say that you must redistribute the filling, and do so frequently. The through-stitch design overcomes this problem, but it has the obvious disadvantage that in the area of the stitching, the comforter is as thin as a handkerchief.
Effective insulation requires the comforter to have thickness. A reasonable minimum thickness would be about 5 cm (2 inches). In our full baffle box design, the filling material is encapsulated in a number of fabric "boxes", and the minimum box height is equal to the baffle wall height-which in our case is 5 cm (2 inches). After filling, each box door closes completely and prevents the down from migrating between the boxes. Each box is filled individually to an accuracy of 3 grams (one-tenth of anounce) with a computer controlled filling machine.

We offer you no surface decorations or colours on our shells so that you may enjoy decorating your sleeping environment according to your personal taste.

We offer 4 standard sizes and 3 levels of thermal comfort.
